Oil on the seal means a leaking bag. Packing edible oil or soy sauce requires precision. Even a single drop of oil in the sealing area will cause the bag to burst during shipping. The LTC Oil Packing Machine solves this with Servo Piston Pumps featuring "Suck-Back" nozzles. After dosing, the pump reverses to cut the oil stream instantly, ensuring the film remains clean for a perfect, strong weld.
Anti-Drip System: Advanced nozzle design prevents "stringing" or dripping of oil/sauce between bags.
Corrosion Resistance: All contact parts are made of SS304 or SS316 to resist the acidity of vinegar and saltiness of soy sauce.
