Detergents love to foam. Filling soap into a pouch at high speed usually creates a mountain of foam that spills over and ruins the seal. The LTC Rotary Detergent Machine uses Servo-Driven Diving Nozzles. The nozzle dives to the bottom of the pouch and rises as it fills, keeping the liquid outlet submerged. This eliminates turbulence and foam, allowing for fast, clean filling of large volumes.
