Medical packaging must save lives. The package must allow sterilizing gas (ETO) to enter but keep bacteria out. It must also peel open cleanly in the operating theater. The LTC Medical Packer uses specialized Knurled Sealing Jaws with precise temperature control to bond Medical Dialysis Paper to plastic film, creating a verified sterile barrier.
Paper-Plastic Compatibility: Specifically designed to run Medical Paper (Arjo Wiggins) or Tyvek (DuPont) with PE/PET film.
Clean Peel: Ensures the seal is strong enough to hold vacuum but peels open smoothly without tearing the paper (no fiber tear).
No Product, No Bag: Stops the machine if the syringe is missing, preventing wasted expensive medical paper.
Printer Integration: Directly prints sterilization indicators, Lot No., and Expiry Date on the paper side.
