Packing into breathable paper requires special care. Unlike plastic films, materials like Non-woven fabric or Tyvek are difficult to seal perfectly without burning. The LTC Desiccant Machine uses a specialized Knurled Sealing Pattern and precise temperature control to create a strong, breathable bond. This ensures your silica gel or chemical granules stay inside the sachet while absorbing moisture effectively.
Specialized Sealing Jaws: Designed with a fine diamond pattern to grip and seal fiber-based materials (Non-woven/Paper) securely.
Volumetric Cup Filling: Adjustable telescopic cups allow for high-speed dosing of granules (Silica Gel) at low cost.
Chain Bag Option: Can produce a continuous strip of 100+ sachets (Chain Pack) for automatic insertion machines down the line.
Compact & Fast: Runs up to 80-100 bags/min with a very small footprint.

Q: Can this machine handle Tyvek paper?
A: Yes, Tyvek is tough to seal, but our machine can be equipped with Ultrasonic Sealing or high-pressure heat jaws specifically for Tyvek.
Q: Do you have a machine that inserts these packets into bottles?
A: This machine makes the packets. We can integrate it with a Desiccant Inserter/Cutter to automatically drop them into pill bottles or food bags.
