Shipping air is expensive. Sponges are bulky but lightweight. Packing them loose fills up your cartons too fast, increasing logistics costs. The LTC Sponge Machine features a heavy-duty Top Compression Belt or Sponge Roller System. It squeezes the product flat just before the film seals, creating a tight, compact brick that allows you to fit 50% more product into every shipping box.
Air Expeller: Adjustable compression device removes air from the sponge pores without damaging the material.
Multipack Mode: Can pack stacks of 3, 5, or 10 scouring pads in a single bag using a long-dwell sealing head.

Q: Will the compression damage the sponge?
A: No, most foam and cellulose sponges are elastic and bounce back to their original shape when the bag is opened.
Q: Can it pack a stack of 10 pads?
A: Yes, for tall stacks, we use a Box-Motion cutter to ensure the seal doesn't hit the product height.
