Hard shells can destroy standard machines. Packaging hard products like in-shell walnuts or pistachios causes severe impact wear on the weigh buckets and chutes. Standard machines get dented and noisy very quickly. The LTC VFFS Nut Machine features Reinforced Stainless Steel Contact Parts and PU Lining (Polyurethane) to absorb impact. This extends machine life and significantly reduces factory noise.
Impact Protection: Weigh buckets are lined with food-grade PU material to cushion the fall of heavy, hard nuts.
High-Speed Weighing: 14-Head Multihead Weigher uses advanced software to calculate the perfect weight combination instantly, reaching 100+ bags/min.
Anti-Bridge Hoppers: Powerful vibrators ensure sticky dried fruits (like raisins) don't get stuck in the feeder.
Gas Flush Option: Can be fitted with Nitrogen Flushing to keep roasted nuts fresh for bulk distribution.
