Catering packs need to be tough. 5kg bags of pasta are heavy and prone to bursting during transport. The LTC Bulk Pasta Machine is built with a Reinforced Frame and High-Pressure Sealing Jaws designed specifically for thick, puncture-resistant PE films (often blue). A bottom support shelf lifts the bag during filling to prevent seal stress.
Heavy Load Support: Bag bottom support prevents heavy pasta from tearing the film.
Thick Film Sealing: Special impulse sealing system handles thick Polyethylene (PE) films commonly used in bulk food service.
Air Expeller: Micro-perforation or mechanical rollers remove air to make the heavy bags stackable on pallets.
Handle Punch: Option to add a carrying handle for 5kg/10kg bags.
