Weighing long sticks is difficult. You can't put spaghetti in a normal scale. The LTC Spaghetti Line uses a dedicated 3-Head or 4-Head Linear Weigher designed specifically for 250mm+ products. Mechanical fingers gently tap and align the noodles into the weighing bucket, ensuring precise portion control (250-500g) before sliding them into the wrapper.
Specialized Weighing: Uses vibrating chutes and "fingers" to align noodles straight, preventing jams.
Breakage Control: Gentle transfer arms move the weighed bundle into the film chain without snapping the brittle pasta.
High Output: Can run up to 60 packs/min with dual weighing heads.
