Wooden cutlery is harder to pack than plastic. Wood has a rough surface and high friction, causing it to bridge or jam in standard plastic feeders. The LTC Cutlery Machine features a Vibration-Assisted Feeder and Anti-Friction Coatings on the track. This ensures that even lightweight birchwood forks slide smoothly into the film tube without blockage.
Dual Mode: Compatible with both Plastic (PS/PP) and Wooden (Birch/Bamboo) cutlery without changing parts.
Automatic Feeder: Large capacity hopper automatically orients and feeds spoons/forks one by one.
Multipack Option: Can be set to pack a "Spoon + Fork" pair in the same bag.
Hygiene: Stainless steel contact parts ensure the cutlery remains food-safe and clean.
