Gloves are soft and hard to push. Pushing a floppy stack of rubber gloves into a machine can cause jams and messy seals. The LTC Glove Machine uses a specialized Belt Conveyor Infeed (instead of a pusher chain) to transport the gloves smoothly onto the film. Whether it's a single pair for a hair dye kit or a stack of 10 for household use, our machine ensures a tight, professional package every time.
Belt Feeding System: Product sits directly on the belt, preventing soft gloves from getting caught or wrinkled.
Air Expeller: Mechanical sponge rollers squeeze excess air out of the pack before sealing, reducing volume for shipping.
Multipack Mode: Adjustable forming box allows you to switch between packing 1 pair and 10 pairs on the same machine.
Hanging Hole: Can punch a Euro-slot for retail hanging display.

A: Yes, for larger stacks (50-100pcs), we use a "Reciprocating Head" (Box Motion) version to ensure a taller seal height and hermetic closure.
Q: Does it compress the gloves?
A: Yes, the Air Expeller rollers compress the spongy stack of gloves to make the package flat and tight, saving you shipping costs.
