Big bags need big power. Packing 10kg or 15kg of dry kibble puts immense stress on a packaging machine. Standard machines will slip, stretch the film, or fail to seal thick laminates. The LTC Heavy-Duty Series is engineered with a Reinforced Steel Frame and Vacuum Pulling Belts to grip and transport heavy bags securely. Combined with a Bag Support Shelf, it prevents bottom seal breakage during the high-impact filling process.
Quad Seal Capability: Creates a high-end "box-style" bag with four corner seals, offering better stability and branding space than a pillow bag.
Heavy Bag Support: A lifting platform supports the bag bottom during filling to relieve stress on the film seals.
Handle Punching: Can punch a "3-hole" or "kidney" handle for easy carrying by the pet owner.
Thick Film Sealing: High-pressure pneumatic jaws ensure a hermetic seal even on thick, multi-layer foil laminates.
