Long treats don't fit in vertical machines. Dropping a long dental stick or sharp rawhide bone into a VFFS machine often leads to punctured bags and messy alignment. The LTC Flow Wrapper transports products horizontally, keeping them stable and flat. Whether it's a single massive dog bone or a stack of 10 beef strips, the result is a neat, professional package every time.
No Product, No Bag: Sensors detect if a treat is missing on the conveyor and pause the film, saving material costs.
Gas Flushing (MAP): Injects nitrogen into the pack to prevent meat-based jerky from going rancid or molding.
Gusseted Bags: Creates a box-style bag (with side gussets) that can hold multiple sticks and stand partially upright on shelves.
Multipack Feeding: Can be integrated with automatic counters/loaders to pack fixed counts (e.g., 7 sticks for a weekly pack).

Q: Can it pack multiple sticks in one bag?
A: Yes, we offer "chain conveyor" infeeds or automatic counting feeders to group 3, 5, or 10 sticks into one bag.
Q: My jerky is sticky, will it jam?
A: For sticky real-meat products, we use Inverted Flow Wrappers (bottom film feed) so the meat sits directly on the film and doesn't touch the machine bed.
