When chocolate chips run fast through a machine, friction creates heat, causing them to melt and clog the weigher. The LTC VFFS system prevents this by using Dimple Plate Buckets (embossed surface) which reduce the contact area by 70%. Additionally, the weigher can be enclosed in a Climate-Controlled Cabinet to keep the product cool and dry.
